Supplier Follower Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into between you (“you” or “your”) and Supplier Follower operators (as defined below). By accessing, downloading, using or clicking on “I agree” to accept any Supplier Follower services (as defined below) provided by Supplier Follower (as defined below), you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy at www.supplierfollower.com/privacy. In addition, when using some features of the Services, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions applicable to those features.
Please read the terms carefully as they govern your use of Supplier Follower Services. THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS INCLUDING AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES ALL CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF LEGALLY BINDING ARBITRATION. BY MAKING USE OF SUPPLIER FOLLOWER SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (1) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND THEIR DERIVATIVES; (2) YOU SHALL ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF SUPPLIER FOLLOWER SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL MARKETING AND THEIR DERIVATIVES; AND (3) SUPPLIER FOLLOWER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES.
By accessing, using or attempting to use Supplier Follower services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access Supplier Follower or utilize its services.
Supplier Follower Terms of Services
You can not have more than one active order of the same type of service for each link.
For example, you cannot place two orders of Telegram member service for your channel at the same time. Let your first order complete and then place the next one.
Before placing an order, check that you don't have another active order on this link, otherwise your order will be canceled.
Don't place another order (on this platform or other websites) while you have an open order on a specific link. In this case, it is not possible to follow up when a problem occurs.
If you input the wrong link or in the wrong format, your order will be automatically placed in the completed status and the charged amount will not be returned to your balance.
If you place an order for a prohibited topic (explained in the general provisions of the User Agreement), your order status might be changed to completed but your order will be rejected on the platform and the service fee will be deducted from your account balance. Note that this order cannot be tracked or refunded.
Only services with a cancellation option can be cancelled under the conditions described in the service description. Otherwise, it is not possible to cancel that order unless the order itself is completed or canceled automatically. Also, note that the slow completion of each service is not considered a reason for you to cancel it.
All the information in the description of the service (Start time, Speed etc.) is an estimate. It may change or fluctuate at the time of placing your order due to unforeseen circumstances and limitations of that social media network.
Consider that any notification or update in the status of the services, notified on the Supplier Follower platform or Telegram information @supplier_follower
channel, takes precedence over the current description of the service, and should be taken into consideration with higher priority.
- If there is a cancel button for the selected service or if this feature exists in the description of that service, you can request to cancel the order.
- If the order is not completed within the time specified in the service description, you can request to cancel and refund through a ticket. Note that channel update notifications are part of the service description. In this case, the amount used will be deducted and the rest returned to your balance. You must register your request before the order completes.
- If the order was made incorrectly and the specifications of the service received differ from the service you selected, you can request cancellation and refund. Execution speed, start time and drop rate are not among these specifications.
- If your support request in the ticket remains unanswered for more than 24 hours, you can request that the order be canceled and the charge returned to your balance.
- If the link entered is wrong or you change your link after placing the order, your order will be corrupted on the server and automatically marked completed or canceled without fulfillment. The charge may not be returned. It is not possible to track these orders. Check the link before ordering and do not change it until completion.
- If you place multiple orders from similar services for the same link at the same time, your orders may be automatically canceled or completed with no refund. Make sure you have only one active order per link.
- The waiting time for canceling your order is up to 12 hours from registration. If the order completes before then, no refund is possible.
- Cancellation requests due to low speed or delayed start are valid only if not previously notified in the service description or updates.
- Such requests are valid only while the order is pending or processing.
- User errors (wrong link or service) cannot be canceled.
- You may protest service quality or specifications up to 6 hours after final status. Requests after this will not be processed.
- All cancellation or refund requests must include complete documentation.
- Orders placed on unauthorized sources or multiple platforms cannot be tracked or supported.
- Refills will not compensate for earlier follower/member/like/subscriber drops. For high start counts, refilling may not work well.
- If your current count is below the original start count, the refill will be disabled.
- If auto-refill or services with a refill button fail, open a ticket with required documents.
- Some services have two types of drop guarantee: time-limited (7, 14 days, etc.) and amount-limited (up to 5× or 10× the order amount). Check the service description.
- Guarantee days count from order start, not completion. If a service with a 3-day guarantee takes longer, drops during that time are not covered.
- You must wait at least 24 hours after order completion to request a refill.
- Let a previous refill complete before placing another refill for the same link.
If a group or channel uses Hebrew in the name or content, Telegram has rigorous policies. Your order might not complete. Please ask questions before ordering.
- Estimated drop rates: low (5–20%), medium (20–50%), high (5–100%).
- These estimates may vary by account, network state, and external factors. We disclaim responsibility for estimate accuracy.
Supplier Follower Terms of Payments
These payment Terms & Conditions apply to your use of FPX, e-wallet or crypto gateways as your selected payment method. Please read carefully. By using these gateways, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, in addition to the main website Terms. If there is any conflict, these payment Terms & Conditions govern your chosen method. If you do not agree, do not select that method.
The payment methods on Supplier Follower include two approaches:
a. Payment gateways (FPX, e-wallets, crypto gateways)
b. Manual payments (bank transfer, manual crypto)
a. In manual mode, before payment, check that your desired method is active on Add Funds page.
b. After successful manual payment, submit transaction details via ticket. We will verify and credit your balance.
For gateway methods (FPX, e-wallet, crypto), completion time depends on network confirmations. Once the transaction confirms, it will automatically reflect on the Supplier Follower platform.
Each payment method on Add Funds page shows a minimum and maximum amount. Pay within these limits or the transaction may fail and is non-refundable.
Consider the following when recharging your balance:
a. When pasting the Supplier Follower wallet address, match it exactly to avoid phishing scams.
b. Before finishing, verify the address on the platform; old addresses will not be credited.
c. For crypto payments, choose the correct network (BEP-20, ERC-20) to ensure receipt.
d. Supplier Follower is not responsible for errors on gateway networks; follow up with gateway support.
Supplier Follower User Agreement
a. Contractual Relationship
These Terms constitute a legal agreement and create a binding contract between you and Supplier Follower Operators.
b. Supplementary Terms
Due to the rapid development of social media platforms and Supplier Follower, these Terms do not cover all future rights and obligations. Therefore, the Privacy Policy, platform rules, and any separate agreements between you and Supplier Follower are supplementary and have equal legal effect.
c. Changes to These Terms
Supplier Follower reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating this page and the “Last revised” date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using our services immediately.
d. Prohibition of Use
By accessing and using Supplier Follower Services, you represent you are not engaged in illegal activities (e.g., fraud, weapons, human trafficking). We may restrict or refuse service at our discretion.
Supplier Follower is a global online platform for social media marketing services. Users must register an account and deposit funds before placing orders.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the reliability, integrity, or performance of third-party information. All users must understand and accept the risks of digital marketing and exercise prudence.
a. Registration
All users must register at /signup and agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and platform rules. We may refuse registration at our discretion.
b. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age to contract), have legal capacity, and are not previously suspended or removed. You may maintain only one main account.
c. Identity Verification
You agree to provide personal information (e.g., name, email, government-issued ID) for KYC, AML, and fraud prevention in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may keep records for up to one year after account closure.
d. Account Security
Treat your credentials as confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses due to credential compromise.
a. Suspension
We may suspend or freeze your account and funds if we suspect violations, investigations, or by court/regulatory order. We assume no liability for such actions.
b. Cancellation
We may terminate your account for false information, repeat registrations, or your request. We may freeze funds permanently or return them per our discretion.
c. Remaining Funds
Upon account closure, outstanding charges are payable immediately. After payment, you have 5 business days to withdraw remaining funds.
d. Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for six months may be deemed dormant and closed. Balances may be transferred to Supplier Follower’s general funds.
It is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding taxation, AML, and digital marketing. You certify that your funds come from legitimate sources and agree to provide any documentation upon request.
a. Courtesy
Both users and staff must be polite. Disrespect may lead to suspension.
b. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions. We will endeavor to minimize impacts.
